The Digital Teaching Learning Platform (TLP) is a national online space dedicated to strengthening the professional development of teachers and trainers across Albania.

Developed under the EU 4 Inclusive Teaching project, the platform supports the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and competence-based education by providing teachers with direct access to training resources, interactive courses, collaboration tools, and certification pathways.

This platform is designed to serve as a central hub for continuous in-service teacher training, enabling educators to learn at their own pace, engage with peers and mentors, and align with modern educational practices and standards.

The project is coordinated under the authority of the Ministry of Finance and Economy through its Central Financing and Contracting Unit (CFCU).

With the TLP, Albania takes a significant step forward in digital education, aiming to bridge gaps in access, quality, and inclusion in the country’s pre-university education system.
